Ready to start healing your pain at home?
I experienced chronic pain for years. Now I help change-making entrepreneurs with chronic pain heal from the inside.
The world needs you to show up as your full self.
Your body is capable of profound healing. We just need to create the right environment.
Sustainable is better than perfect. It's all about baby steps in the right direction.
Healing the body is mental, emotional, AND physical. You can't just treat the body.
You know yourself and can advocate best. You should be in control of your wellness.
Evaluate the pieces that aren't (and are) working to build a solid foundation for healing.
Create a routine that works for you, and that you enjoy so you can be consistent.
Address mental and emotional factors of your chronic pain to maximize healing.
Equip you with the tools and knowledge you'll need for life's ups, downs, and in-betweens.
I've been a patient with chronic pain in the healthcare system, and a practitioner specializing in chronic pain. I've seen from both sides that there is a point on this chronic pain journey where the science can't keep up, where we (as practitioners and wellness coaches) need to recognize the human element that transcends our ability to measure and analyze... Where we need to treat the person in front of us, not the diagnosis.
Working with Sarah feels like being with a big sister who truly gets you. She creates that “take off your bra” level of comfort - completely judgment free, where you know you’re safe and seen. It’s such a gift, but what makes her truly exceptional is her deep knowledge of the body. You’d think she’s an encyclopedia on how to feel good and live in optimal health. From just a text, she figured out that my problem was with a specific chair. And after one conversation, I felt more at ease in my body than after countless visits to my GP and two rheumatologists.
As someone who lives with chronic pain, the loneliness can be unbearable - people telling you to tough it out when they have no idea what you’re going through. Sarah is different. She understands, supports, and sees you fully. There’s not a single downside to working with her - she’s simply fantastic.
Sarah not only creates a space where you feel completely safe and understood, but she also equips you with the tools and knowledge that last a lifetime. She empowers you to truly understand your body, to not be afraid of it, and to feel in control of your health journey. The confidence that comes from knowing and trusting your body - after feeling disconnected for so long - is absolutely priceless.
I graduated with my B.S. in Psychology in 2015 and my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy in 2019 (I also have extra training in John Barnes myofascial release, and am a Certified Lymphedema Therapist)
I have been married since 2012 and have 2 amazing step-daughters and a son and daughter of my own.
I love data and being able to quantify things.
My family and I are building a homestead in the South. We currently have 2 cats, 4 dogs, a mini pig, 14 chickens, 4 ducks, and 2 geese.
I am a major homebody and a bit of an introvert. There’s nowhere I’d rather be than at home with my family.
I’m an Air Force veteran, which is where I met my husband.
I’m obsessed with air planes and orcas.
I lost my dad to cancer when I was four. I believe there is nothing more important than quality of life, because none of us know how long we have. There is nothing like seeing my clients start living their lives again.
