I condensed my course into a 12-week workbook with strategies and practices to help you understand and manage your chronic pain through practical, actionable strategies - at your own pace, in your own home.

I also take a handful of 1:1 clients who are ready to jump into the deep end, dig into the science (and the woo), and learn to listen and understand their body and their pain to find lasting relief and elevate the way they show up in the world.


Dr. Sarah’s program is one I’d recommend to anyone who has a body that they haven’t given much thought to. So, pretty much, most of us. She specializes in chronic pain, but when I came to her it was to work the traumas out of my tissues, to realign my body, and to regain flexibility and mobility.

What I got was nothing short of the most comprehensive body work I have ever experienced. Her program not only taught me about my body, but also the brain/body/emotion connection and the ways in which my tissues were storing my issues.

She also taught me which exercises were best for each body part and I use those MFR balls every day RELIGIOUSLY even 10 months after finishing the program. I don’t end my day without her work. I am so grateful for the education, insight, and awareness I’ve gained through working with her.
